The Flagler County Engineering Department Strategic Plan consists of the Department’s Mission and Values that align with the County’s principal commitment to put Flagler FIRST, through Fiscal Accountability, Innovative Solutions, Responsible Growth, Superior Service and Transparent Government - as we strive to enhance the quality of life.
Mission: Our mission is to expeditiously deliver the most effective, efficient, sustainable and innovative infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of safety while enhancing the quality of life for Flagler County’s citizens.
