Flagler County's Administration Department directs all county operations, and acts as a liaison between staff and the Board of County Commissioners. The County Administrator provides for the implementation of the policies and objectives formulated by the County Commission.

The Administrator develops and recommends alternative solutions for consideration by the County Commission as it addresses Flagler County issues and services. Additionally, the Administrator plans and develops programs to meet the health, safety, welfare and organizational needs of the county, in addition to the day-to-day affairs of county government.
