The General Services Department is separated into several operating divisions:

• Administration
• Facilities Management
• Fleet
• Land Management
• Parks and Recreation
• Public Transportation
• Solid Waste

It is a multifunctional department of both related and unrelated divisions that provides internal and external services throughout Flagler County. The General Services Department divisions ensure effective, uninterrupted services to both other county departments and the community. It provides well-designed and maintained county facilities and parks, efficiently manages fleet acquisition and maintenance programs. Additionally, General Services provides professionally operated and maintained public transportation, water treatment, and landfill areas.
