Title VI. Flagler County encourages feedback, complaints, comments and inquiries. Contact information is available on the interior of the buses. The following notice is a permanent sign on the interior of all Flagler County buses:

Title VI

Title VI ad Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or marital status in programs and activities receiving Federal financial assistance (42 U.S.C. Section 2000d).

Flagler County is committed to practicing non-discrimination. If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination, you may file a complaint with the Transportation Manager at 386-313-4189, or with the Florida Commission on Human Relations at 850-488-7082 or 800-342-8170 (voice messaging), or with the Federal Transit Administration Office of Civil Rights, Attention Title VI Program, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington DC 20590
