Flagler County Public Library and the Genealogy Society of Flagler County partnered to stimulate and promote interest in genealogy in the following ways: by publicizing society events; sharing knowledge and providing educational opportunities; providing research assistance; enhancing the collection of genealogical materials at the Flagler County Library; and by encouraging others to join our Society by having regular meetings, in which lecturers, training and research tips are offered to all.
The library acts as a depository of genealogical information, which makes it easily accessible for those interested in this research information. Genealogical materials located in the library and on the society's website contain a wealth of information about the early residents of Flagler County, as well as genealogy materials from other areas.
The Flagler County Public Library is a FamilySearch affiliate library with special privileges to limited-access databases and records. You can access FamilySearch through a public access computer in either the Main Library in Palm Coast or the Bunnell Branch Library. You must have a library card in good standing to use a public access computer.
If you have any questions please call the library at (386)446-6763 or email reference@flaglercounty.org.
