Flagler County Public Library strives to maximize the use of all of its meeting rooms and outdoor areas, while maintaining an equitable fee structure for those who use them. The primary function of the spaces is to accommodate library activities, including programs presented by library staff, Friends of the Library, Flagler County government and other organizations affiliated with the library.
Meeting rooms and outdoor spaces are available for use by non-profit organizations, groups, and individuals to engage in educational, cultural, recreational, charitable, or government interest activities. Spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis when they are not required for library programming.
The Flagler County Public Library does not endorse the aims, policies, or activities of any of the groups granted permission to use available space. For additional information, see the Meeting Room Policies and Procedures. Please email or call the library, 386-446-6763, for availability.
