Home MenuFeral Hog Reporting
Feral or Wild hogs are non-domesticated hogs that usually travel in small packs and are a frequent sighting in Flagler County. If you see feral hogs, use the form below to report them to Land Management.
Feral hogs impacts include rooting damage to agricultural fields and yards, the spread of invasive plant species, and in some very rare cases – hazards to humans. Feral hogs are known to carry any of several bacterial diseases and due to their ability to rapidly proliferate are difficult to eradicate and can be expensive and frustrating to our citizens whether they are residents, businesses, or agricultural producers. Flagler County has been working behind the scenes on County-owned conservation lands and parks for decades in managing the species due to the damage caused to these lands. The County is not able to respond to hog concerns on private property but the following link may be helpful in educating yourself and your neighbors on feral hogs and feral hog management options for residents.
