Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, Flagler County gives notice that a Special Meeting including a closed Executive Session will be held at the date, time, and location stated above to discuss pending litigation in which the County is a party. The subject matter of the meeting will be confined to settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation expenditures. A verbatim transcript of the meeting will be available for public inspection upon conclusion of the litigation.
