Information:  Melanie Thomas, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, will present five "Healthy for Life" lessons that will help you on your journey for lifelong health!  Are you coping with stress? Are you practicing self-care?  Are you eating healthy? This series will touch on mental and physical health, so join us the 2nd Tuesday of every Month (except when noted).
